Terms & Conditions/ Refund Policy

1)      Delivery of Service

a)      In the event that the participant fails to show for a date which has been confirmed by the organizer such a failure to show shall be deemed to have a date used.

b)      In the event that the participants fails to inform organizer's representative at least 1 day before an introduction that he/ she is not able to make it such a failure to do so shall be deemed to be a date used.

c)       Nothing contained herein shall constitute a guarantee to the participant by Table for Six (Ardor LLP) of marriage.

2)      Conduct of Member

a)      The participant shall be solely responsible for his/ her interaction with other Dating Marathon participants. As such the participant agrees that it shall have no legal recourse against Table for Six (Ardor LLP) in respect to the date arrangement.

b)      The participant has no right to assign this Agreement.

3)      Handling of Information by Table for Six (Ardor LLP)

a)      All information provided by the participant to Table for Six (Ardor LLP) shall be accurate and true.

b)      The participant represents and undertakes to Table for Six (Ardor LLP) that he/ she does not work for, is not engaged directly or indirectly in, has no interest in, whether directly or indirectly with, an entity conducting a similar business to that of Table for Six (Ardor LLP).

c)       As all information of its participants are provided and supplied by the participants themselves, Table for Six (Ardor LLP) cannot guarantee that all such information is accurate and true, save for the fact that such information has been provided with the consent of the relevant participant for the purposes contemplated under this participation.

d)      That all information provided to Table for Six (Ardor LLP) shall be kept strictly confidential, save for the purposes contemplated under this Agreement and the participation; and

e)      Given which all introductions are based on the facts and information provided by the participant, and whilst Table for Six (Ardor LLP) endeavors to do its utmost to make good introductions, Table for Six (Ardor LLP) makes no guarantees, warranties to the suitability and success of its dates.

4)      Table for Six (Ardor LLP) warrants to the participants as follows:

a)       That all participants are entitled to a “cooling period” of 3 calendar days (where day of sign up deem as Day 1) and if a change of mind to participate in Dating Marathon organized by Table for Six (Ardor LLP) occurs a full refund with only S$50 admin cost chargeable to the participant.

b)      Table for Six (Ardor LLP) reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without refund in the following cases:

                     i.            in the event that the information provided by the participant to Table for Six (Ardor LLP) is inaccurate or untrue; or

                   ii.            in the event that Table for Six (Ardor LLP) receives one (1) complaint (oral or written) for inappropriate behavior of the participant by any other participants or organizer’s representatives (for the avoidance of doubt, Table for Six (Ardor LLP) has the absolute discretion to decide what is deemed to be inappropriate behavior, such discretion to be exercised reasonably); or

                  iii.            in the event that the participant has breached clause 3b under Terms & Conditions: or

                 iv.            in the event that the participant fails to make the necessary payments whether part or whole, under the Agreement; or
